Yo @GetSpectrum why is it that when I called to cancel services I got offered not once but twice cheaper and faster internet? Maybe just maybe if you started out giving people the better deal you’re services will be better and you will have more happy costumers

I absolutely HATE @GetSpectrum. Online site sucks, can't find the number to call, and in general, they're just garbage. Thanks Congress for wiping out any competition in the area...

@GetSpectrum is hands down the WORST internet cable provider in history. Imagine not honoring a price and charging someone a higher dollar amount for not even activating a service. Literally can not wait until I’m not forced to use these crooks anymore. Your internet is trash.

I think cable companies should stop advertising $49.95 and no hidden fees. The truth it cost almost $80.00 per customer with all your hidden fees and taxes? @GetSpectrum

I love when spectrum charges me a BS service charges and doesn’t tell me, they’re reasoning is well sir if you look at the email at the very bottom of the email it shows a service charge. Tough! @Ask_Spectrum

@OnlyTrueAnika @ThisIsMemeboi If it can't even give the weather correctly it's a significant issue It's the same with samsung weather as they use TWC and TWC is also facing this issue. Just pointing it out that he shouldn't rely on it and use something else for the time being.I use darksky in the meantime

@GetSpectrum has to have the worst internet of all time smh I haven’t been getting the speeds I pay for for over a year and a half now. My building is in contract with this trash *** company and I can’t get another provider. This can’t be life..
