So a few months ago I signed up for @GetSpectrum mobile from Verizon. Sales process... no difference, using the network, not bad everything is awesome. Price ... literally half. Turns out all their savings is in customer service

So then @Ask_Spectrum said they had to send me a replacement SIM card. This was last week. So no problem, I wait a week (with no phone) and call back (5 times) and finally get someone and turns out someone submitted an invoice but it’s blank.

Yo @GetSpectrum why is it that when I called to cancel services I got offered not once but twice cheaper and faster internet? Maybe just maybe if you started out giving people the better deal you’re services will be better and you will have more happy costumers
